Make the proof, send it to the customer, then build the production sheet.

1 · The proof

1. When a task hits Designing, a 🎨 proof link auto-posts in the ClickUp task — tap it. (Or open the proof tool and Auto-fill the task #.)
2. Drop or paste the artwork. Add more images for options A / B / C.
3. Send to Customer → attaches the proof to the task and emails the customer the portal link. (Save to ClickUp = file it without sending.)

2 · The production sheet

1. When the customer hits Approved (or the task reaches Production Sheet), a 📋 production-sheet link auto-posts — tap it.
2. Pick the Product (the yellow dropdown). The common specs auto-fill — change only what's different.
3. One block per item. Tap ⧉ Duplicate for the same product in another size. 3+ items lay out in two columns automatically.
4. Submit for PM → it lands in the PM's sign-off queue.
