Project Manager

Review the designer's production sheet, then sign it off to send the job to production.

  1. Open the PM Dashboard → the Sign-offs tab. Submitted sheets appear there.
  2. Click a sheet to open it. Review everything — you can edit any field, spec, photo, qty or size.
  3. Pick your name from the list.
  4. Tap Approve & Sign. The sheet is stamped with your name, the PDF is attached to the ClickUp task, and the job is set to Complete → your automation moves it into Production.
Heads up: edits you make before signing are saved into the signed sheet. Once you tap Approve & Sign, the sheet is final — to change it after, the designer re-opens and re-saves it.
